Randy Cross, President of Fish Window Cleaning®, is leading the charge as the brand continues to grow across the country. That story rings true for Randy who first joined the FISH team as a franchisee.


Starting from the Ground Up 

Randy opened his Michigan-based Fish Window Cleaning franchise location in 2003. He threw himself into the business, learned the ins and outs of the industry and took Grand Rapids by storm. By 2005, Randy was named Fish Window Cleaning’s Franchisee of the Year. After achieving that honor, he continued to grow his business for several more years, and by 2008, he was ready for a new challenge. Randy began working with the FISH corporate team part-time while still growing his own franchise location. 


Transitioning to Corporate Life

Randy thrived working remotely assisting in corporate business operations. From there, he slowly transitioned into corporate sales, helping new potential franchisees realize their own entrepreneurial dreams. The FISH corporate team recognized Randy’s potential and ultimately offered him the esteemed position of President of Fish Window Cleaning. In 2014, Randy moved to St. Louis to work in the corporate office and dove headfirst into his new role as president with enthusiasm.


Leading the Way

Today, Randy is proud to play a leadership role in the corporate setting, though he still is actively involved in the running of his successful Michigan-based FISH location. He regularly draws on his experience as a FISH franchisee to build the company and relate to franchisees on a personal level. He has a steadfast belief in Fish Window Cleaning systems and processes and is dedicated to building the FISH brand through quality service, hard-working franchisees and a corporate team who is committed to excellence.
