They came out on a day when there was an impending snowstorm when a lot of vendors would have cancelled, and they were also willing to pay extra attention to some windows that were particularly dirty. A few windows needed some extra touch-up after the storm (and due to them being so dirty) and they cheerfully stopped by the following day to make things right. They also offer some advanced services related to hard water stains from where our property's sprinklers have left residue on some windows, which I am planning to have them do in the spring when things warm up. I'll definitely use them again. They did good work and were easy to work with as a property manager.”
