“I have a very high triangular window typical of the houses at Creekside Village in Sonoma. It looks clean until the afternoon sun hits it and no one until now was able to clean it without leaving a streak of some kind that I had to see all year. I was so tired of this, I called FISH a professional Window Cleaning Co. There is a big difference between window washing and window cleaning. For the first time in 12 years, Roberto was able to clean that triangular window absolutely perfectly, no streaks, no residue, absolutely transparent even in the afternoon sun. Roberto was also able to remove the screen from one of my skylights, which opens out, and actually clean the inside of the skylight which other window cleaners could not do in 12 years. For all the other windows and regular skylights, Austin and Roberto did a great job of cleaning rails and cob webs, and skylights from the roof. Austin managed also to remove most of the hard water stains from 2 small windows by my main entrance door which got stained because of plants watering. So, I will use FISH again for sure. Roberto and Austin were so careful with everything, putting on boot covers when inside, covering my desks under the skylights, covering the rubber part of the ladder with a cloth before leaning it against the skylights side walls. They were so pleasant and respectful. This is an upper category of service I was not used to from other window washers, this is the real thing.”
