" I just had my windows cleaned and there is a white haze still on the glass, that feels rough to the touch?"

Water spots, building run off, pollution and poorly situated sprinklers can cause haze, streaks and cloudiness.  Water spots and building run off if left unchecked will cause erosion damage on any glass over time.  (Imagine if you never washed the road salt off your car?) Most corrosion on glass can be easily removed with an assortment of stain removal compounds that will leave you with clear window, but it does depend on how long your glass has been left untreated.

If you or the cleaner notify us of this problem, we will organise a time to come and clean one window free of charge. This will enable us to find out the severity of the damage, which cleaning compound to use and how long it will take to remedy.

Unfortunately we do not give out estimates for this type of work over the telephone as all window damage is different, and is much fairer to you if we come and actually conduct this free test.
