I'm Curt Drew, and the story of Fish Window Cleaning in Omaha really begins back in first grade in Shenandoah, Iowa, where I met my lifelong friend––and now General Manager––Tim Myrberg. We grew up together, learned to work hard from an early age, and never lost touch. When I launched this business in May of 2005, Tim was the first person I called. He became our first employee, and we've been building this thing side by side ever since.

We didn't set out just to clean windows. We set out to build a business rooted in trust, friendship, and real care for the people we serve. That foundation has shaped every decision we've made and every relationship we've built.

Tim runs the day-to-day with a level of dedication and consistency that's rare. He knows every corner of the business and treats it like his own. More importantly, he treats people––customers and employees alike––with the kind of respect and steadiness you want in a leader. We've both worked hard to create a culture where people feel valued, seen, and part of something bigger than just a job.

And that includes our entire team. We have a tight-knit crew of window cleaners and office staff who show up every day ready to do quality work. Many of them have been with us for years. They're the ones out there earning trust, one job at a time––with professionalism, humility, and pride in what they do. They're not just employees––they're the heart of the operation.

We're proud to represent that brand here in Omaha––and in 2023, we were honored to be named Franchise of the Year. That recognition is a reflection of our entire team's commitment to excellence and consistency in everything we do.

We care about doing right by the people. That's our bottom line. Whether it's the customers who've been with us for a decade or the team members who trust us with their livelihoods, we take that seriously. We believe in doing what we say we're going to do.
