The Operations Manager position is responsible for staff management, scheduling jobs, sales, and window cleaning. The position includes hiring, training, and retaining employees. Sales include creating residential and commercial estimates. Window cleaning includes commercial and residential properties from 1 to 3 stories. This position also requires customer service, and outstanding eye for detail, assigning work orders, checking in work orders, employee development, and work logisitics. Management experience is a plus. Position benefits include:
Sales Representative/Account Manager
You will be selling window cleaning services to retail locations and residential customers that are one to three stories tall. You will be meeting different people everyday that all have dirty windows. Because we are the largest and the best window cleaning company, you will have many benefits to offer prospective customers including the most basic one; a free estimate.
Cleaning Technician
We offer flexible hours, great pay and a fun environment. We are looking for courteous, self-motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver’s license to be considered for employment.
