“When I made the appointment I requested all of the outside windows and only a few of the inside windows be cleaned because of the difficulty getting to them do to furniture and screens on the windows. When Kirk arrived he did a walk through and said that there would be no problem. He cleaned all of my inside windows removing and replacing all of the screens and even did the ones that were more difficult to get to because of the furniture.
