As a potential member of our family, our support begins by taking you through our investigative path to decide if owning a FWC franchise is right for you. New FISH franchisees can expect us to walk them through all the steps involved in opening a successful business. During training school, a dedicated district manager will assist you in developing a custom business plan. Their support continues with ongoing business calls and field visits. When you join FISH, you are not in business by yourself.
As your partner, we are always looking for ways to drive customers to you. We accomplish this through national accounts, an out-bound call center, a franchisee driven website, and search engine advertising.
In addition to staff support, our system includes annual and regional meetings, proprietary software, an intranet with online manuals and document library, a preferred vendor program, and a franchisee network committed to your success.
