Cleaning
§ Our goal is to maintain your windows and to brighten your image. However, unless otherwise noted on our estimate, cleaning does not include removing paint, tape, or water/chemical stains. These time consuming services typically require scraping or chemical cleaning and are available for an additional charge.
Frequency
§ The price of your cleaning is based partly upon how often you have your windows cleaned. This is NOT a contract, but rather a way for us to guarantee that your windows remain at a consistent level of cleanliness. Frequently cancelled cleanings or a reduction in your frequency may result in a higher fee.
Scheduling
§ Using our computerized system allows us to efficiently schedule work, keeping your price low. Cleanings outside of your normal schedule may result in an additional fee.
Our Staff
§ All of our cleaners are thoroughly screened, background checked, and uniformed professionals that are trained to work quickly and efficiently. If you feel that a cleaner has done an extraordinary job, please let us know!
Accessibility
§ Due to insurance and liability issues we do not ask our cleaners to move window displays, heavy objects, large signs or items that may obstruct window access. This especially applies to neon signs. Cleaners will generally start on the outside so that you or your employees have time to move any obstructions.
Guarantee
§ We want to hear from you. In the rare case that you are not happy with a cleaning, we will send the cleaner back out to do it again at no charge.
Payment
§ Payment is expected at the time of service. If you are unable to do that, we accept all major credit cards. Simply call our office to set up a credit card payment plan. If neither of the previous options will work, contact our Office Manager to pay on account. An additional fee may apply and an email address is required.
Additional Services
§ We also clean skylights, chandeliers, ceiling fans, mirrors, screens, gutters, and awnings.
